The Last of Us - The best game I ever played

Amazing . The Last of Us was the best game released last year, with a story full of emotions. Events will take place in an apocalyptic scenario in which mankind was infected by a mysterious disease. The main characters of the game will be two survivors, Joel, and Ellie, a teenager of 14 years old. The two are forced to fight together for survival through the abandoned cities of the United States.

At the begining of the game, Sarah wakes up on a sofa and hears her father, Joel, talking on the phone to his brother Tommy. Joel sits down on the couch beside his daughter and she gives him a birthday present, a new watch. Her father asks her where did she get the money to buy the present and she said that she bought it with the money she got by selling 'hardcore drugs.' Of coruse, she was joking. She falls asleep while she was watching TV with her father and then Joel carries her back to her room and puts her to bed. Then, the game action starts. In the middle of the night Sarah is awakened because of an urgent phone call from Tommy who was telling to get her dad on the phone. She starts looking through the house for Joel. When she goes down stairs, she saw her dad's phone on the kitchen counter . Then Joel comes into the house from the backyard covered in blood. He says that their neighbor, Jimmy, is "sick" ,and we can see him running to the sliding door and bursting through the glass into the room. He attacks them, and Joel shoots him.Sarah is very scared. Tommy comes in their driveway and they jump in his car. They begin driving out of town to get to safety. You can control Sarah from the back of the car, and you can look through the windows to see what's going on .Then a car crashes into them,Sarah's leg brokes and she can't run/walk anymore. Then Joel is carrying her, while Tommy is protecting them, and they hide in a bar. Tommy tells them to get to the highway. They run, but the Infected are following them. A soldier saves Joel and Sarah, but then he get orders through the radio station to kill them. Sarah got shot in the stomach, but then Tommy appears and he shoots the soldier. Then Sarah dies.

20 years later, Quarantine Zone.

After the civilization radically transformed, infected humans run into the city and survivors kill one another .Then Joel , is hired to look after a fourteen-year-old girl, Ellie, out of a rough military quarantine. It seems a simple job at the begining, but then it turns into a hard journey.

This game has a lot of emotional parts. For me, when Joel was impaled, I really thought that he was going to die and I was so sad, but in the '' Winter '' chapter, I realized he is still alive and that Ellie took him to shelter and take care of him. Then in the cutscene when he got well and started calling for Ellie , and she didn't answer, he immediately started searching for her. I was so happy to see that he is healthy again. Also the most intense moment, was at the end of the game, when Joel was carrying Ellie in his arms , running in the hospital to get rid of the soldiers and escape. I was a little bit sad when the game finished, I just wanted to play more and more. Also, Neil Druckmann has said the studio is “brainstorming some stuff” for The Last Of Us 2 ,although he admits there’s nothing definite yet. Well, I hope soon it will be :)
